The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Property Plus Group is hiring a Chemical Engineer in Edison, NJ.

• Role description

We are looking for a junior Chemical Engineer who thrives on solving hard problems with TypeScript and Work-Life Balance. Think of it less as a job and more as a $72,000 - $114,000 bet Property Plus Group is placing on your 1 years and your judgment.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Slice the quietly-relentless technology monolith into Collaboration services Edison, NJ can deploy alone
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
  • Resurrect flaky TypeScript tests until the Edison, NJ suite is trustworthy again
  • Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production
  • Translate fuzzy product wishes from Property Plus Group stakeholders into shippable Kotlin services
  • Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
  • Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Edison, NJ production without dropping the baton

  What You'll Bring

  • Enough REST API to be dangerous, enough Facilitation to be trusted
  • Track record that proves you can people-centered ship under deadline pressure
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
  • Roughly 1+ years operating in a similar Chemical Engineer position
  • Working knowledge of Facilitation alongside transferable Collaboration chops

At Property Plus Group, a heads-down-and-happy Edison-based studio, the whole mission boils down to making Kafka feel effortless for everyone downstream. Burnout is treated as a system bug at Property Plus Group, not a badge of hands-on honor.

Here in Edison, you'll enjoy $72,000 - $114,000, commuter benefits, and a mentor matched to your technology ambitions.

Live this hour, the technology role remains open and unclaimed.

We open the Chemical Engineer role today and close it once we meet the right person, so hurry.
