The opportunity timeline

• Overview

InnovateTech Lab is hiring a C# Developer in Miami, FL.

• Role description

Join our engineering team in Miami and help us scale systems that handle traffic from across FL and beyond. The appeal is layered — $98,000 - $136,000, a hybrid rhythm, technology ownership, and an InnovateTech Lab crew that backs bold calls.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Own the impact-driven Resilience subsystem that the rest of InnovateTech Lab quietly depends on
  • Catch the Leadership race conditions that only surface under Miami peak traffic
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively
  • Translate fuzzy product wishes from InnovateTech Lab stakeholders into shippable Docker services
  • Set the Next.js coding standards the rest of InnovateTech Lab engineering follows
  • Apply Leadership and Next.js to solve warm-yet-rigorous engineering challenges

  • The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
  • Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level-level initiatives
  • Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ and related tools or frameworks
  • Comfort with hybrid arrangements and the rhythms of a deadline-driven workplace
