The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Advisory Solutions Group is hiring a Brand Designer in Virginia Beach, VA.

• Role description

Pixels, type, and the white space between them all bend to your will, and Advisory Solutions Group wants that brain steering our next chapter as a Brand Designer. Everything about this senior Brand Designer post says trust — $76,000 - $109,000, internship flexibility, and 5 years rewarded with real say.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Reframe constraints from the internship budget as the brief's most useful lever
  • Carry layouts from napkin scribble to press-ready file without losing the spark
  • Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point
  • Choreograph the handoff so nothing builder-led gets lost between studio and dev
  • Hold the line on kerning while shipping at an internship pace
  • Translate abstract briefs into clear, quietly-ambitious visual directions

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfort with the internship cadence of a Virginia Beach-based operation
  • The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
  • Strong working knowledge of Maze and A/B Testing
  • Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation

Quietly, from Virginia Beach, Advisory Solutions Group has become the design-led creative partner that VA's most demanding teams refuse to replace. We assume good intent first and ask clarifying questions second, which keeps the team-oriented days drama-free.

We back our team with $76,000 - $109,000, equity, top-tier health benefits, and the flexibility to work where you do your best thinking.
