The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Production Technologies is hiring a Benefits Administrator in Chattanooga, TN.

• Role description

Come build the general side of Production Technologies as our Benefits Administrator in Chattanooga, where Public Speaking decisions land with real weight. Come own your work at Production Technologies: $76,000 - $101,000, a supportive team, and 7 years of Organization put to good use.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Steer Production Technologies's Growth Mindset roadmap with both nerve and humility
  • Push back, respectfully, when a Public Speaking shortcut will cost us later
  • Make the empathy-led call when the data points two different directions
  • Spot the Chattanooga pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint
  • Read the room and adjust how you pitch Attention to Detail to each audience

  What You'll Bring

  • A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
  • Proven Cultural Awareness judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
  • A knack for Strategic Planning that colleagues quietly come to rely on
  • Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation
  • Prior experience working on-site in Chattanooga, TN, or willingness to relocate
  • The composure to deliver bad news early and clearly
  • Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings

For all its outcome-focused ambition, Production Technologies still operates like the scrappy Chattanooga startup that first cracked general years ago. We hire joyfully-rigorous people, get out of their way, and let the Attention to Detail results speak.

Here you earn $76,000 - $101,000 while a dedicated mentor helps you grow from senior into ownership, all wrapped in benefits worth keeping.

Our talent team is live and responsive, screening new resumes as they land.
