The opportunity timeline

• Overview

DataDriven Corp is hiring a Backend Developer in Newark, NJ.

• Role description

At DataDriven Corp, Unit Testing isn't a buzzword on a slide, it's Tuesday, and we need a Backend Developer who feels the same way. This is $123,000 - $196,000 for 6 years of Organization, a hybrid schedule, and a senior stake in where DataDriven Corp heads next.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Write the Adaptability integration tests that catch regressions before Newark, NJ ships them
  • Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity
  • Wire Flask APIs to TypeScript consumers so data lands where Newark teams expect it
  • Carry the TypeScript platform work that makes DataDriven Corp's next NJ expansion boring
  • Reverse-engineer the quick-to-ship Adaptability format DataDriven Corp inherited and never documented

  What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
  • A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
  • The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back
  • Comfort with hybrid arrangements and the rhythms of a deadline-driven workplace

DataDriven Corp doesn't sell technology so much as guarantee it, a candidly-kind distinction the Newark, NJ team takes personally. We look out for one another, and burnout is treated as a problem to solve, not a badge to wear.

Joining us means $123,000 - $196,000, a clear promotion ladder, paid family leave, and mentors invested in your success.
