Commerce Advantage Group is hiring a Backend Developer in Peoria, AZ.

• Role description

Pour Cross-Functional Collaboration and Ruby into work that survives contact with real traffic, and you'll fit right in as our mid-level Backend Developer in Peoria. Earn $77,000 - $114,000, own outcomes, and grow your technology career with a team that values 4 years of real experience.

  • Translate warm-yet-rigorous business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
  • Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org
  • Carry the Microsoft Azure platform work that makes Commerce Advantage Group's next AZ expansion boring
  • Tune Docker caching so Commerce Advantage Group survives the Peoria launch spike on the same hardware

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
  • Roughly 3+ years operating in a similar Backend Developer position
  • Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
