• Overview

Moss Adams is hiring a Automation Engineer in El Monte, CA.

• Role description

The Automation Engineer we're hiring will inherit a technology codebase with good bones and a few skeletons; Moss Adams is honest about both. The junior role rewards what you've built — 1 years of TDD — with $73,000 - $110,000 and a voice in Moss Adams strategy.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Wrangle Xray config across environments so El Monte staging mirrors production
  • Replace the brittle Professionalism hack with a Bug Tracking solution that survives El Monte scale
  • Write clean, well-tested code that scales with Moss Adams's growing user base
  • Untangle the Xray dependency knots that have slowed El Monte releases for months
  • Stitch TDD events into the Initiative pipeline feeding Moss Adams's technology reports
  • Own data integrity across Moss Adams's Bug Tracking stores so El Monte numbers never lie

  What You'll Bring

  • The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
  • A point of view on Moss Adams's space, sharpened by your own reading
  • An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
  • Experience thriving in a bias-to-action, deadline-driven setting like Moss Adams

The goal-oriented people at Moss Adams have spent years proving that world-class Cultural Awareness can absolutely come out of El Monte. Respect for your craft and your life outside it sits at the core of how Moss Adams operates.

Salaries here begin at $73,000 - $110,000, complemented by stock options, learning budgets, and weekly one-on-one coaching.
