• Role description

An Assistant Store Manager opportunity has opened at Blumhouse, and we'd love to find someone who's genuinely excited about it. The thing worth noting is how much Blumhouse trusts you here — $110,000 - $164,000, general ownership, and a long runway, all from 8 years in.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Initiative chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
  • Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
  • Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
