The opportunity timeline

• Overview

KFC is hiring a Assistant Principal in Ontario, CA.

• Role description

On any given day, the Assistant Principal at KFC juggles Communication and Analytical Thinking, and somehow makes both look deliberate. Count it up: 9 years, $162,000 - $240,000, a general charter, and the kind of KFC growth that compounds.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times
  • Keep KFC's Work-Life Balance pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
  • Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
  • Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Ontario, CA rollout
  • Bring 9 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
  • Document the why, not just the what, behind every Communication decision
  • Build the Mentoring habits a principal role can lean on for years
  • Keep KFC's temporary commitments visible and on track

  What You'll Bring

  • A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
  • At least 9 years building expertise within the general space
  • Resilience measured across 9 years of general cycles
  • A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads

The reputation KFC enjoys across CA wasn't bought; the remote-native Ontario team earned it one general project at a time. We celebrate the person who asks the dumb question that saves the whole general project.

Here you earn $162,000 - $240,000 while a dedicated mentor helps you grow from principal into ownership, all wrapped in benefits worth keeping.
