The opportunity timeline

• Overview

TechFlow Inc is hiring a Art Director in Chula Vista, CA.

• Role description

We believe a single frame can do the work of a thousand words, so TechFlow Inc is hiring an Art Director who knows which frame to choose. Everything about this Art Director post says trust — $157,000 - $243,000, freelance flexibility, and 10 years rewarded with real say.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt master concepts into channel-specific formats and aspect ratios
  • Reframe constraints from the freelance budget as the brief's most useful lever
  • Balance creative ambition with budget, timeline, and technical constraints
  • Convert vague supportive adjectives from a brief into concrete, defensible choices
  • Audit existing creative for the thoughtfully-bold inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner
  • Pace a product walkthrough so the playfully-serious payoff lands at the right second
  • Time the reveal in a launch film so the logo lands earned, not slapped on

  What You'll Bring

  • An eye for the trust-based detail that separates fine from finished
  • The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
  • A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
  • A TechFlow Inc mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
