The opportunity timeline

• Overview

MedTech Solutions is hiring a Agile Coach in Lincoln, NE.

• Role description

This is a mid-level Agile Coach opening for someone who treats Facilitation as a starting point, not a finish line, here at MedTech Solutions. Strip away the buzzwords and here's the deal — $57,000 - $78,000, internship hours, and a general team at MedTech Solutions that actually hands you the keys.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp People Management plan
  • Read between the lines of what Lincoln customers actually need
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable NE regulations
  • Meet established deadlines while upholding MedTech Solutions quality standards
  • Keep your Delegation edge sharp as the NE market shifts
  • Trim Collaboration processes that have quietly outlived their purpose
  • Hold the line on quality when deadlines start whispering shortcuts
  • Earn the trust to make wildly-collaborative judgment calls without a committee

  What You'll Bring

  • Comfort presenting to a NE-wide audience without a script
  • A NE sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
  • 5+ years putting Multitasking to work in a general setting
  • A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
  • The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking

The fun-loving team behind MedTech Solutions chose Lincoln on purpose, betting that great general work doesn't need a coastal zip code. We keep ego out of code review and let the Delegation argument win on its merits.

The number is $57,000 - $78,000; the rest is mentorship, health coverage, paid growth time, and an internship arrangement that respects your evenings.
