The opportunity timeline

• Overview

Sustainable Solutions Inc is hiring a Accounting Manager in Aurora, CO.

• Role description

Sustainable Solutions Inc believes a full-time Accounting Manager earns trust line by line, and this Aurora seat is where you start earning it. Reduce it to essentials and you have $121,000 - $184,000, a CO Accounting Manager seat, 8 years asked, and a clear climb ahead.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Close the books each month and ensure accuracy across all entries
  • Tighten the revenue-recognition policy as new finance deals get complex
  • File quarterly sales-and-use tax across every CO jurisdiction we touch
  • Forecast working capital tight enough to avoid a trust-the-team cash crunch
  • Run the full-time close for a manager ledger you fully own
  • Translate ACA dashboards into plain language for non-finance leaders

  What You'll Bring

  • The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
  • A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one
  • Hands-on familiarity with Month-End Close, sharpened by Accounts Receivable side projects
  • A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
  • Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
  • The kind of listening that makes the other person feel heard

Sustainable Solutions Inc earns its keep by making finance predictable, a data-honest promise it has quietly kept across CO. The fastest way to earn standing at Sustainable Solutions Inc is to make a teammate's hard problem disappear.

We trade fair $121,000 - $184,000 for your talent and throw in mentorship, benefits, and a flexibility policy people actually use.
